acces and modification of the data base by the support to acces data account | Forums

I just suggest that the support should have the acces to the data base to modify the game data in case where a player has clearly lost some thing (like the mmr in case of a crash or bug). to do that the player will need to give some serious proof like a video, because the support need to see the crash.
But connection crash will not work to regain mmr or end a penality because the player can just disconect his Ethernet cable or off his wifi while recording. So there will be only clear game bug or crash that will permit a modification of the acount data by the support.
