C'est quoi exactement les fichier qu'il faut suprimer,j'ai suprimés trois fichier host contenue dans le dossier.

Je crois que l'on a pas le choix ("réessayer ultérieurement"). J'ai essayé de virer les fichiers cités plus haut et ouvrir les ports ( http://forums-fr.ubi.com/eve/f...1097838/m/2001066648 )mais tout ça sans résultats.

ok ,je sais pas si il faut suprimer 4 fichiers host ou 3 vue que un des trois ce nomme lmhosts.sam et les trois autres commence pas hosts

Pas de fichiers "hosts" dans le chemin indiqué !!!

supprimer le fichier ne peut pas marcher car il ne s'agit juste que d'une direction de votre configuration IP par defaut. Je pense qu'il va falloir attendre une réponse du service technique.
